CELEBRATING 26 YEARS

TEACHING, DIRECTING, & PRODUCING
IN BUCKS COUNTY SINCE 1985

Theatre Arts Center Summer Performing Arts Workshop was created by Kristine Lewis in 1985 and is unique in eastern Pennsylvania. Our talented students perform at TWO professional theatres; Our 2010 summer students performed for more than 6,400 theatre-goers of all ages! This sets us apart from the typical "summer camp." Our program immerses participants, ages 5-19, in the world of performing arts in a professional, supportive, and creative atmosphere and is for the young performer looking for a "serious fun" performing arts experience.

Each student will rehearse and perform fully staged musicals at the charming new Sellersville Theatre 1894 in central Bucks County and at the  Bristol Riverside Theatre in Lower Bucks.  A typical day includes classes in acting, singing, dance, and other theatre arts.

See our exciting line-up of shows in the Session Chart below.

The workshop offers two, three, four, five, and seven week sessions of Serious FUN. 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with some Saturday performances.

Audition is required and students are placed in sessions according to age and abilities. There is something for all levels - beginner to advanced - ages 5-19.
