A workshop for those students preparing for college or high school auditions & those seeking professional coaching. A week-long master class series that will train students on every facet of the audition process. From headshots and what to wear to every kind of surprise one might find in the audition room. Throughout the week, students will work on monologues & various styles of music ranging from Rodgers and Hammerstein and Sondheim to the ever-popular pop/rock musicals of today.
Directed by working professionals like Broadway & Cabaret Star, Karen Mason, the week will culminate in a fully staged showcase featuring all of the students best work co-directed by master class teacher Travis Greisler and Theatre Arts Center’s Director, Robert Laconi. A must for those students preparing for college or high school auditions and those young actors who are building the skills for a successful career.

- Song Selection (ballad & up-tempo)
- Audition Monologues
- Audition Procedures and Protocol
- The Business of Show Business
- Headshot Photo Session (includes 2 poses of an 8 x 10 print plus digital file)
Students who are accepted into the 2013 four week Musical Theatre Workshop OR the Teen Acting Ensemble are eligible. Students NOT in the four-week program may also apply.

Mon. – Fri., 9:00 – 4:00 with weekend performances.

- $550 (7 days of Training AND Performance)
- (Only $399 for students registered in the four week workshop.)
